Payment Methods

We accept the following forms of payment:

- Direct deposit 

- Checks

- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)

- Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards

Payment Terms

- Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

- If using insurance, any co-payments, co-insurance, or deductibles are due at the time of service.

Insurance

- We are in-network with the following insurance providers: CINCO, Britcay, AETNA Cayman First. 

- For out-of-network services, we can provide a detailed invoice (superbill) for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

- While we will check the availability of your coverage,it is your responsibility to verify your insurance benefits and coverage. All charges that your insurance refuses to cover will be charged to you. 

Refunds:

Where a client or their insurance has overpaid or double paid, a refund will be made immediately to the client’s account using bank transfer. Outside of these parameters there will be no refunds for services already provided.

Late Payments

- There is no late fee charged. However, clients are required to settle any outstanding amount within 30 days of the last date of transaction. 

- Accounts with outstanding balances over 60 days may be subject to collection efforts, and the client will be responsible for any associated fees.

Cancellation and No-Show Policy

- We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments.

- Outside of a mutually agreed emergency, cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full session fee.

Returned Checks

- A fee equal to the current bank charges  will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.

Confidentiality and Billing

- All billing information is kept confidential and is used solely for the purposes of payment and insurance claims.

- We comply with all government regulations regarding the protection of your personal information.
